Essence Colour & Go Nailpolish in Glisten Up!

This nail polish is the only flaked color that I could find in Croatia unless you want to order via Web. I wanted to buy it because it has this little flakes that Nfu-Oh has in some of its nail polishes. I love blue color so this is perfect. It can be used over a different color for a special finish. It is small (only 5ml) and cheap ($ 2 or 3).

Essence lipliner

During one night out I realized that no matter how frequently I reapplied my lipstick, it would never last very long. I did my research on the web and found out that liners might help lipstick last longer and be more vibrant.

As all products made by Essence, these lip liners are affordable and they don't lack quality. After browsing I chose 3 colors: 02 pink brown (it looks good with clear gloss for nice nude lips)

07 cute pink (works for pink lipsticks and glosses)

08 red blush (for perfect red or berry lips)

The pencils are very soft and glide nicely. They can be worked with good precision. I even tried to use them as blushes and they blended nicely.

Vampires Suck??

I'm not one of the people who hate vampires or are afraid of them. I have to admit it, I definitely enjoy getting my True Blood fix every week, having home reruns of The Vampire Diaries (I liked Ian in Lost and it feels like he has raised from the dead). I've watched all of the Underworld movies and red all the Twilight saga books. The first movie of The Twilight Saga: Twilight I really liked but every sequel ever since seems to be just more disappointing.

And then the Vampires suck movie was made. I watched the preview and even thou I am a Twilight fan I did a lot of LOL's watching this movie.

The guys who made Scary movies, Date Movie, Epic Movie, Diasaster Movie and Meet the Spartans took the inspiration from the Twilight Saga made yet an another spoof movie.

The cast has a few special actors like Ken Jeong (Hangover), Matt Lanter (Commander in Chief, 90210, television counterpart, Disaster Movie and Sorority Row) and Chris Riggi (Scott Ronsson from Gossip Girl - Lilly's and Rufus' son).

Vichy Purete Thermale One Step Cleanser 3 in 1

In the search for a perfect makeup remover I found this one by Vichy Laboratoires. As a regular user of their Normaderm line and some other random products I have a great deal of trust in their products and quality.

This cleanser was a gift with a purchase of a facial cream from their line Nutrilogie for mature

skin that my mom uses.

It is not just a makeup remover. It is a 3 in 1 product. It thoroughly removes impurities by acting as 3 most ussed products for facial care: 1. Cleansing milk

2. Toning lotion

3. Eye make-up remover

It is hypoalergenic and suitable for all skin tipes, even for sensitive skin and it contains Vichy termal spa water.

I have photographed it in action by getting some most frequently used makeup products on my hand and then removing it gently with this product on a dry cotton pad. Here are the pictures:

eBay 120 eyeshadow palette

A few months ago I joined the eBay. For now I'm just buying and don't have any aspirations to sell online.

One of the things I wanted to get from eBay is this inexpensive palette of 120 eyeshadows.

There are a lot of palettes to choose from: 88 matte, 88 warm neutral, 88 shimmer, and there are concealer palettes, lip palettes and blush palettes that vary in price, size and number of shades.

I got mine from Hong Kong from an eBay seller dailysource2005 for US$12.55. The price is different according to the country that the item will be shipped to. The seller has a good rating and a little less than 80 000 items sold, which is great. It was mailed to me in a safe bubble wrap in a bubble mail envelope. Many palettes get damaged in the transport and mine had only 3 shadows broken. They were easily fixed with a few drops of rubbing alcohol and a coin wrapped in a paper tissue.

The shades are vibrant even without an eyeshadow base and are easily applied. There are shimmery, matte and mosaic shades along with some neutral warm colors and a white to black row that is very useful for classical smokey eye look. The shadows can be used as eyeshadow and as liner (applied with a precise eye liner brush) which gives an unlimited range of looks that can be made with it.

Aldo Vandini sweet almond oil and jojoba peeling

In the summer skin tends to dry and peel, and that doesn't look nice and makes applying foundation and/or concealer difficult. That is why along with the usual care a peeling is necessary.

I used this product as a peeling but I didn't wash it right away, on the contrary I left it on for about ten or fifteen minutes. I felt that washing it out right away I wouldn't benefit my skin.

This product is made of micro-fine jojoba wax pearls in a creamy almond oil. The pearls exfoliate the dead skin cells leaving it smooth while the almond oil deeply moisturises.

Application: Wet your face with water and apply the peeling by gently rubbing in circulatory motion. You can rinse with warm water right away or leave it like a mask for several minutes.

Lush solid shampoo - Jumping Juniper

Having to deal with greasy hair becomes a frequent problem for most people when they hit puberty. The solution to this problem can be switching to a product specially made to treat the problem - like this solid soap from Lush.

This is the second time I bought this product, and I have to say I really like it.

It is a natural shampoo made with the essential oils of lavender, rosemary, blueberry lemon and lime. These ingredients make it smell really nice fresh smell that will make people around you want to smell your hair.

Most shampoos for oily hair have strong chemicals that will irritate scalp and cause more trouble than help, but not this one. Thanks to the natural ingredients it helps restore natural balance of the scalp and the oils will keep the ends from splitting.

After a wash with this shampoo hair is soft, shiny and doesn't tangle.

I would definitely recommend trying this product.

Today Facebook is the most popular social site on the web, so a great part of iPhone users have a Facebook profile. If I recall well, being a Facebook user probably makes you want to check your wall and homepage frequently. So getting this app can be useful. It is free, the layout is well done and the app is very simple to use.

I would definitely recommend getting this app if you are into Facebook!

One of the todays best selling smartphones is the Apple iPhone. Thanks to Steve Jobs and his company, every girl can have all the info in her palm. It's been about a year and a half I got mine and it's the best gadget I have ever owned.

After getting the iPhone, the first thing to do is to install the iTunes - the official software that is needed to put music, videos, pictures and apps on it. After installing, the next step is to register on the iTunes Store, so that apps, videos, podcasts, music (etc.) can be bought and transfered to the iPhone.

Lush solid shampoo - Soft

I bought this lovely blue shampoo. I wanted to buy one of the shampoos I already had but the girl working at the store convinced me to try something new. So I did.

Basically it's a big blue ball with Atlantic salt.

It is meant to be used in soft water areas. I didn't know that when I was buying it (the girl didn't tell me, maybe she didn't know...) so now it fell apart. Yes, it fell apart. First big chunks and then it all turned in to something like gravel. The smell changed and it is not pleasant.

Sephora - Sugar cube(s)

A few days ago I went to my local Sephora because there was a discount on some items I will review in later posts. I saw these cubes before but never took much interest in them until yesterday. I couldn't get any information on them at the web so I'm making a change.

I have already tried 4.
